As America in Bloom Chair, I was thrilled at how Decatur stepped up to compete successfully at the National level. With Block by Block we have an opportunity to keep our funding local and make the improvements needed for older neighborhoods to remain safe and vibrant.  Our community knows how to achieve goals.
